This policy governs all returns, exchanges and refund requests for merchandise purchased on PlayToyiBox.com. Your full satisfaction with our kids’ outdoor toys and inflatable pools is our top priority.
1. Valid Return Window
We accept valid return applications within 14 calendar days counted from the delivery date of your order. We cannot approve any return or refund requests submitted after this 14-day window expires.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all the requirements below:
- The product remains unused, undamaged, unassembled and preserved in its complete original retail packaging with all accessories, parts, manuals and labels intact;
- You must provide your order number and valid purchase receipt/order confirmation as proof of purchase;
- Return requests must be formally submitted to our support team first; parcels sent back without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to sender at your cost.
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit a return request to support@PlayToyiBox.com, attaching your order number + clear photos showing the product condition and packaging;
- Our support team reviews your application within 2 business days. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return shipment instructions;
- Securely repack the full product set, attach the provided return label and drop off the package following our guidance.
4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, missing parts or incorrect items delivered: We fully cover all return shipping expenses with zero extra cost to you.
- Customer-initiated returns (changed mind, ordered wrong size/model): We bear the return shipping cost with no deductions.
- Restocking fee: We charge NO restocking fees for any valid returned orders.
5. Approved Refund Arrangement
After we receive, inspect and confirm your returned goods meet return standards:
- A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days;
- Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card issuer or digital wallet to post the refund to your account balance.
6. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, design or toy model:
Submit a return request for your current product first. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may place a brand-new separate order for your desired replacement product.
7. Return Shipping Address
Do NOT send returned goods back to the original manufacturer address. All authorized returns must be shipped to our designated facility:
