This Shipping Policy exclusively applies to all orders placed on PlayToyiBox.com, outlining our order processing, delivery timelines, shipping costs and domestic delivery rules for U.S. customers.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed, packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends). Processing time counts from the moment your order payment is fully confirmed.

2. Shipping Origin & Delivery Time

  • Shipping Warehouse: Domestic fulfillment center located within the United States
  • Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–12 business days
  • Total full delivery cycle (order placement to doorstep receipt): Approximately 10–17 business days

3. Shipping Cost

We provide FREE standard domestic shipping for all orders shipped to any contiguous U.S. states. No hidden handling fees, delivery surcharges or additional logistics charges will be added at checkout.

4. Sales Tax Regulation

Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout, following Georgia state tax regulations and the tax rules applicable to your exact shipping destination within the United States. No customs duties apply for domestic U.S. shipments.

5. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship orders only to addresses within the United States (contiguous states). We do not support international shipping at present. If your delivery address cannot be selected at checkout, please email our support team for further assistance.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package departs our warehouse, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and tracking link. You may monitor real-time delivery status via the link or the order history page on our website.

7. Delivery Delays

All delivery times are estimated values only. Minor delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier operational backlogs, peak holiday shopping seasons or unforeseen logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding for uncontrollable external delays.
